Charity is a fundamental principle of Freemasonary
The Lodge has made a significant number of donations to charities and other worthy causes in the past 7 years, with many in the list having received multiple donations from the lodge in that period.
In addition the lodge made a considerable donation to the Essex Province Festival 2011, the figure being 50% above the target at the start in 2005. The fund is significantly for the benefit of the Freemason’s Grand Charity for its charitable activities in the year 2012.
